Appointments can be booked by phone or email. When you Contact Us with your details a therapist will get back to you within a maximum of two working days to discuss your needs and make an appointment.

Discount and Gift Vouchers

If you have a discount or gift voucher, please ensure that you mention it when booking your appointment.

Unfortunately discount and gift vouchers are not redeemable against Smoking Cessation or Weight Management sessions.
